In the video, you can see his driveway towards the top left corner. This particular car was blocked in on the side and rear. So instead of moving one, he decides to drive around the right side of his house, through his backyard, down the right side of my house on my property, and almost gets smoked by a truck that's probably going a little fast. I've put quite a bit of work and money in my lawn the past 3 seasons to go from mud and weeds from the previous owners to a decent lawn. Fertilizers, airation, dethatching, plugs, mow 2x a week, lime etc. Pretty disrespectful in my opinion.

I can be quite spastic when I pick up dog poop and sometimes accidentally fling it with the scoop and it lands on my neighbor’s deck or porch.

Personally, I’d have a talk with your neighbor. If they do it again, fuck them and send them a bill. But at least give them a chance to fix their shit. I give way more grace towards people who live right next to me.

My neighbor parks his truck half on the side of the road and half in his lawn…the part that sucks is he partially drives on my grass to do it…so theses an area where his tire tracks have been damaging my grass in a drought we’ve been having…I find it very frustrating but often times people like that are either oblivious of any effect they have on other people…main character syndrome or they are assholes and actively trying to annoy you. In either case confronting them or getting upset about it ranges from useless to giving them exactly the attention they crave. If I were you in about a month I would install some kind of barrier that would not be able to be driven through or plant a hedge between your properties…don’t get mad…solve the problem.
In my case I actually like my neighbors so although he drives through a small portion of my lawn I let it slide.

This is a conversation. Don’t send him a bill for damages or file a police report. The guy is a giant ahole for doing that, but a lot of people have no idea what it takes to have a nice yard. Everyone in my neighborhood drives on their lawn to park because all the driveways are single wide. No reason to spark tension if you don’t have to. If it happens again or he’s rude, then it’s time for trespassing/billing him/police report.
